ORDER STATUS
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be
monogrammed.
Please call if you need the item sooner and we will do our best to accommodate
your request. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. Most items
can be reordered in a timely manner.
SHIPPING
We ship via UPS to US addresses. Shipping and
handling charges are $12 for ground delivery.
RETURNS
Purchases are returnable for refund within 14 days of shipping date. Personalized items are NOT returnable. Please double check spelling and initials before placing your order. Once your order has been placed changes may be made but can not be guaranteed.
